Our sheep are a vital part of our multi-species, regenerative farm operation. They thrive on 100% spray-free pastures, grazing on grass, shrubs, and flowers. By keeping the grass at a perfect level, they help prepare the land for our chicken tractors, improving the soil and supporting the whole farm ecosystem.

We raise Dorper and Katahdin sheep, known for their mild, non-gamy flavor. The result is tender, flavorful lamb that’s rich in protein, omega-3s, and essential vitamins.
